Lacquered love: Nail art fit for a beauty queen

This is the month to feel beautiful! Something simple you can do to boost your beauty routine is to give yourself a glossy mani! This mani was inspired by the inner beauty queen in all of us. Let yours out!

Get the tools

All you need for this mani are some nail art stickers! So simple! You can purchase them practically anywhere, from drug stores to online retailers like Amazon and eBay. I found some in my stash that were perfect for this mani. My favorite color is pink, so I used OPI I Theodora You for my base. So pick out your favorite shade and get started.

Get the look

1. Paint your nails in a shade you love — a shade that makes you feel bright, pretty and playful.
2. Carefully peel off the nail sticker with tweezers and place on the nail. You can place it wherever you’d like — as long as it’s not too close to the edge where it can easily peel off.
3. I added some black matte sequin accents on my index and pinky fingers. Something similar can be purchased from the Born Pretty Store.
4. Top coat your mani and you officially have beauty queen-inspired nails. Good luck, beauties!
